Why am I not receiving email notifications about new alerts & articles?

  • Go to 'Settings', then 'My Settings' and 'Manage Alert & Article Notifications'. 
  • Make sure the 'Enable' check box is ticked. Then check if the Sources you are interested in are also checked. 
  • If all tick boxes were already ticked, have a look if your email address is correct - under the 'General' tab.
