During the course of setting up your user account we collect your name, email address and company details. We will give you a unique user ID. You will be asked to select a password which will be used solely for the purpose of providing access to your user account.

Your usage details such as duration, frequency, features used and pattern of usage will be recorded in order to help us improve our service.

We record details such as the internet protocol address used to access the service, changes made to profiles, passwords or email addresses, which alerts and articles have been downloaded, and we record which checks have been done for invoicing and audit purposes.

We store and maintain the checks and the results of checks stored in your organisation account. This may be backed up and stored securely at our facility in Ireland in order to prevent loss of data.. In particular you should note that we may derive intelligence from suspect transactions alerts and articles and share it with law enforcement or with our user community for the purpose of detecting or preventing fraud.
